How I lost weight with the help of Babe’s Vitamins
Hi. I am Eva Ahčin and today I would like to share my story with you. Two years ago, I was quite active in sports (pole dance), until I went to appendicitis surgery and I gave up everything. For three months, I couldn’t lift more than a plate and a spoon. But after three months, I lost the will for everything. Until the quarantine I gained 3 kg which was not a big deal. I gained some more kilos during quarantine. Towards the end of the quarantine, I noticed that this was no longer acceptable.
That’s when I remembered seeing posts from Babe’s Vitamins Slovenia.
I also started following Iza Štucin, who, in cooperation with the company, offered a workout program to 200 lucky women. And it started. I remember I was with my mother and my dog Prince in our house in the village of Imeno, which is on top of a small hill (slightly less than 400m above sea level). And because I had to go for a walk with the puppy, the only thing left for me was to walk to the valley and come back up the hill again.
No, I really don’t like walking up the hill at all, especially when you walk up the steep hill most of the time, without any flat points. I almost died the first day. The next day I searched the web for the name of these vitamins that have been popping up on the internet, and I finally found them and ordered the Bye Bye Fat and Babe’s Magnesium. Well, now I just had to repeat the exercise from yesterday, and it wasn’t a big deal at all… So, I said to myself “Let’s do another exercise (sit-ups, push-ups, squats…), hmm, today I was a good girl.” The third day was even easier…
In the evening I’m thinking “Where will I go to warm up when I’m back at home? Oh I know! The Old castle (517m amsl) is only 10 minutes away by car.” So, on the 4th day I got ready, took my stopwatch and started. Halfway through, I almost turned around, but I said to myself “Eva, move quickly because it’s not that bad”, and when I arrived I had such a energy boost momentum, that I could go up one more time! I looked at the stopwatch and saw that in 13 minutes I came to the top with a beautiful view. “At home, I will quickly do some more exercises.” My package arrived on Monday and I went up the hill again. I walked, I walked, and it wasn’t so hard, but I was already sweating.
Amazing! Also I was less bloated. Well, I think – should be nice to change my diet a bit.
And really, half a litre of smoothie is enough for the whole morning. I share the recipe below. For lunch, instead of ordering pizza or spaghetti at work, I prepared cottage cheese pancakes in the oven, vegetable soup, millet porridge with vegetables, salad and roasted sausage… Yes, I started to watch what I eat, but I also treated myself with some crisps, pizza, sandwich with white bread, so what… I know a girl who had a diet, watched what she put into her body, but when she started eating normally, it was even worse than before.
So my ladies, you can still afford a cake, chocolate… just not every day, or reduce the amount a bit or replace it with a homemade or energy bar from the store. And to not forget, take a photo before you start and after 14 days, to see the difference.
Dear ladies, after three weeks of drinking Bye Bye Fat drink, Babe’s Magnesium (for muscle regeneration), a bit healthier diet and daily exercise, not only did I lose fat but I also gained muscle and a habit that I stick to.
Even though the start was tough (still happens sometimes) I feel much better now and I know I made the right decision, and that the combination of sports and Babe’s vitamins works great. 1 dl of plain liquid yogurt
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup oatmeal
1 large banana
cup of raspberries
3 tbs. maple syrup
5 – 8 tbs. oat flakes
3 tbs. maple syrup
¼ – ½ mango
1 vanilla yogurt
1 dl plain yogurt
3-4 dl of oat milk
about 10 tbs. corn flour
Pinch of salt
The mass should be thicker to make it easier to turn the pancakes, as they fall apart quickly.
Topping: grated apple and maple syrup
